Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay for FloorCast3D, and to feel fairly treated if it doesn’t work out. Here’s how the trial, cancellations, and refunds work.

Try before you pay

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. Use it to evaluate FloorCast3D on your own projects before any charge hits your card. If it’s not for you, cancel before the trial ends — the subscription otherwise begins billing automatically when the trial expires.

14-day refund window

If you subscribe and change your mind, we’ll honor refund requests made within 14 days of your first charge. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record and the party that actually bills you.

Renewals

Automatic renewals aren’t covered by the 14-day window, because you’ve had the service for a full term by then. But if a renewal genuinely caught you out — you meant to cancel, you hadn’t used it — email us. We’d rather sort it out than argue about it, and we’ll consider these case by case.

How to request a refund

Email support@floorcast3d.com or use the refund link on the payment receipt Paddle emailed you. Either way, let us know why — it helps us fix what’s not working.

Cancelling renewals

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t end your subscription immediately — you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Outside the situations above, we don’t prorate or refund partial periods.

What you keep afterwards

When a subscription ends you can still open and view the projects you already created — your files stay on your computer and remain yours. You can no longer generate new drawings, exports, bills of material, or quotes. See the Terms of Service for the details.

Paddle’s policy and local law

Paddle, as merchant of record, may offer its own buyer protections in addition to this policy, and consumer-protection law in your country or state may grant rights beyond what’s written here. Where either gives you more than this policy, that broader protection applies.
