Racking plan sheet
Dimensioned rows, aisles and flue space with title block, north arrow and graphic scale.
Load-estimate BOM
Frames, beams, wire decks and anchors counted from the drawing, priced budgetary.
Capacity placards
Per-bay load placards generated from the same rack objects the plan sheet drew.
Where a rack quote usually goes wrong
Not in the first layout. In the fourth revision, when the aisle moves and the drawing, the count and the placards stop agreeing with each other.
One object
The drawing and the takeoff are the same object. Move a row, widen an aisle, swap a beam — the frame and beam counts, the budgetary price and the placards follow.
One command
One export writes the whole package: DXF, drawing sheets, BOM, capacity placards and the permit pre-flight, prepared for your engineer to review and stamp.
Your machine
Layout, drawings and BOM run entirely locally — no cloud round-trip while a customer waits. The optional AI features are the exception: what you give them goes to Anthropic on your own API key.

Honest limits, stated up front
The output is a budgetary and preliminary design assembled for your engineer to review and stamp — not a substitute for their seal, and no submittal has yet been validated with a plan checker. The flow simulation compares two candidate layouts; it has not been validated against WMS or telematics data, so use it to choose between layouts rather than to promise a customer a number. Windows desktop only. The optional AI features run on your own Anthropic API key, and what you send them goes to Anthropic under your account.
